DESCRIPTION:Chocolate Chips Association invites you and your families to join us at our Annual Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Program and Talent Showcase which is also a Bake/Craft Sale Fundraiser which you can gain awareness of Sickle Cell Disease and all donated funds will send youth with sickle cell disease to camp.  \n\n\n\nYou will also meet Chocolate Chips Association Youth Leaders and other nonprofits supporting youth in Lake County.  Chocolate Chips Association is a nonprofit STEAM Program and this annual service project supports youth in IL. Join us and encourage our youth to continue helping others. www.ccassoc.org
