Experienced Worker’s Compensation lawyers will discuss the many pitfalls and dangers involved in handling the claims of injured workers, new techniques used by insurance companies to deny medical treatment, uses and abused of the “independent medical exam,” reasons to deny payment of weekly benefits, and more.
Be informed about how immigration law is carried out. What agencies are involved and what categories do people fall into? Two recent developments in immigration law will also be discussed: Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals and Illinois Driver’s Licenses for the undocumented.
