For over a decade Eliot Brooks has obtained leadership experience serving in Management and Executive Leadership. Eliot has led and trained hundreds of leaders during his career.

Eliot is the Founder and Lead Consultant of The Eliot Brooks Group, a consulting firm which focuses on teaching executives how to increase workforce/volunteer engagement, and retention through organizational purpose. He also serves as the lead pastor of the Shalem Seventh-day Adventist Church in Waukegan, IL. Eliot is a co-author of the book, Collaboration Creates Currency: A Blueprint for Visibility, Credibility, and Profitability.

Eliot’s educational background includes Oakwood University and Western Governors University School of Business.
